A little bit about me

Hey Everyone! My name is Meg. I grew up in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. I attended Mansfield University and graduated in 2014 with a BS in Psychology. I also received a minor in organizational communications and a minor in Political Science.

My husband Mike and I bought our house in the City of Elmira in 2018. We currently reside there with our dog Athena, and our 2 cats, Krishna and Zeus

I have been a social worker for the past 10 years and have worked with a variety of non-profits. Working to help ensure families can stay together, children with significant mental health concerns, those facing housing insecurities, and individuals with developmental disabilities.

I have been involved with the Chemung County Democrat Committee for the past several years and am the current secretary. I have learned a lot about the Chemung County Legislature, by attending the meetings on a regular basis for the past 4 years.

I enjoy helping our community and standing up for democracy
